Make sure the input device has been set to the Avantree Adapter. Sometimes you need to adjust the settings again in the app itself.

Go into Sound Settings (Windows) or Sound Preferences (Mac) and make sure that the input device has been set to the Avantree Adapter.Ģ) Check the App Settings (If you're using Skype, Zoom, GoToMeeting etc.) Step 3: Check the Settings (Both the computer and the meeting software sound settings)ġ) Set the Computer Mic Input Device to the Avantree Adapter. The mic should always work on your cellphone if it's not faulty.ġ) If it doesn't work, either, please contact our support team for further help (Or contact the Headphone Manufacturer if it is from another brand)Ģ) If it works with your cellphone, it might be a setting issue, please go to Step 3.
